Five teams from the ASPIRE partnership schools (Giffard Park, Great Linford, Willen, St. Monica's and Brooksward) met at Giffard Park for an inter-school netball festival.
Under the floodlights of our caged playground the five teams played each other in a "round robin" tournament. There were some fantastic passing and shooting skills on display and, in the end, the worthy and clear victors were Great Linford - winning all of their matches!
However, the rest of the teams tried their best and certainly had a good time!
All of the players received a certificate and the festival was supported by MK Council Family Information Service by providing all the players with a frisbee!

Brooksward School (Neath Hill) hosted a Yr2 Multi Skills Festival including over 70 pupils from across the partnership's seven schools.
The pupils participated in a range of activities including throwing turbo javelins, dribbling footballs and balancing along benches.
Pupils were mixed into teams with pupils from other schools to give them the opportunity to make new friends and develop teamwork and communication skills.
The festival was a great success and the partnership is looking forward to hosting a Yr1 Multi Skills Festival in Spring 2012.
